We offer only fixed fee options and we will charge you a fixed fee for your case, even if the work on your application or case takes longer than anticipated, provided that there are no unforeseen complications, developments or significant changes to your instructions and case.

We charge a fixed fee for the whole case or if the case will be dealt with in stages, we will charge a fixed fee for each stage.At the start of your matter, we will tell you what it will cost you. The fixed fee we charge is dependent on the type of case it is. For example, we charge a higher fixed fee with regards to Judicial Review cases. All our fees do not include fees paid to third parties such as the court, barristers, etc which are regarded as disbursements. We do not charge VAT.
